Real Minero Espadin

Real Minero Espadin is distilled in clay pots in Santa Catarina Minas, offering a fruity profile with hints of plum and banana, complemented by subtle smoke, fresh mint, and sweet chocolate undertones. Most batches are aged in glass before bottling and distribution. In 2008, a large batch was produced, with a limited number of bottles released periodically. Some of this 2008 mezcal is still aging at the Real Minero palenque, awaiting future bottling.
